Sổ Chi Plus
Sổ Chi Plus is an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks the whole app for the household. There is no free plan and no free trial.
- Listed price
- ₫49,000/month or ₫349,000/year. The price shown on the App Store when you buy is the price that applies.
- Cancel
- In Settings › [your name] › Subscriptions, select Sổ Chi Plus and cancel. Cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
- Restore
- Open the Plus screen and tap Restore. The plan must have been bought with the same Apple ID.
- Deleting the app
- Deleting the app or your Sổ Chi account does not cancel the plan. Cancel it in your Apple ID subscription settings.
Refunds are handled by Apple under Apple's policies. See the Terms of Use.
Delete your account
- Open Sổ Chi and go to Settings.
- Under Account, choose Delete Account.
- Read the warning and confirm.
The Plus screen also has a Delete Account entry, so an expired plan cannot lock you out of deletion.
If the household still has other members, the messages and expenses you added stay in the shared ledger and are no longer linked to your account. If you are the last member, the ledger and its data are deleted. The Plus plan is not cancelled automatically. Full details are in the Privacy Policy.
Data requests
You can ask for access, correction or deletion of your data, withdraw consent, or object to processing by emailing support. We may ask you to verify your identity first. Some purchase records are held by Apple and RevenueCat under their own policies.
Bugs and feedback
Email the steps to reproduce, a screenshot if useful, and the app version. Do not send passwords, verification codes or payment details by email.
